SHIPPING & RETURNS

​​Please note at Raw.Adventure all items are made to order, by hand, locally to help reduce any excess waste and will usually be dispatched within 7-10 working days from date of purchase (Monday – Friday not including weekends or bank holidays). If you have provided a valid email address you will receive an email once your order has been shipped.

 

Due to being made to order we are unfortunately unable to accept returns unless faulty or if the wrong item has been sent. Please contact info@rawadventure.uk providing images and the relevant information so we can resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

 

If returning an item, once you have received confirmation from our team, please make sure all return packages are sent trackable ensuring your items are well packaged, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.

 

Our stock suppliers are working very hard to get all items to us but on occasion we may incur an unexpected delay in the base articles.
